None Too Holy

Not very holy, not very Roman, not exactly an Empire...

Wanted to draw aph Holy Rome in some actual Carolingian-Era clothing rather than the strange mishmash that he has in canon! His outfit is basically a miniature version of Charlemagne/Charles the Great's outfit, plus crown. He might be a bit of a pipsqueak in comparison to the other folks claiming the inheritance of Rome (namely Byzantine Greece and the Arab Empire) but he sure takes his role very, very seriously!
